Section 541.101.  Metropolitan Area

§ 541.101. METROPOLITAN AREA.  In this subtitle, 
"metropolitan area" means an area that:
		(1)  contains at least one municipality with a 
population of at least 100,000;  and
		(2)  includes the adjacent municipalities and 
unincorporated urban districts.
