Chapter 70 - Limited Partnerships
Section 70.330 - Judgment of dissolution.
On application by or for a partner, the circuit court may enter a judgment for the dissolution of a limited partnership whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with the partnership agreement. [1985 c.677 §46; 2003 c.576 §332]
