Chapter 35 - Eminent Domain; Public Acquisition of Property
Section 35.350 - Immediate possession of property by public body.
This chapter does not affect the ability of a public body, as defined in ORS 174.109, to take immediate possession of property in an emergency that poses a threat to persons or property. [2005 c.565 §2]
