Chapter 20 - Attorney Fees; Costs and Disbursements
Section 20.330 - Costs and disbursements in cases of original jurisdiction.
Litigants shall recover their costs and disbursements in cases of original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court, the same as provided in cases on appeal.
