Chapter 108 - Husband and Wife Relationship; Property Rights; Premarital Agreements
Section 108.720 - Modification of agreement; consideration not required.
After marriage, a premarital agreement may be amended or revoked only by a written agreement signed by the parties. The amended agreement or the revocation is enforceable without consideration. [1987 c.715 §5]
