Section 100.025 - Rule against perpetuities; inapplicable.
The rule against perpetuities may not be applied to defeat any provisions of a declaration, supplemental declaration, bylaw or rule for a condominium adopted under ORS 100.005 to 100.625. [Formerly 94.016]
