Chapter 8C Evidence Code
§ 409 Payment of medical and other expenses
Evidence of furnishing or offering or promising to pay medical, hospital, or other expenses occasioned by an injury is not admissible to prove liability for the injury. (1983, c. 701, s. 1.)
