§ 8-51.1 Dying declarations
Dying declarations admissible in administrative proceedings shall be as provided in G.S. 8C‑1, Rule 804. (1973, c. 464, s. 1; 1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1037, s. 11.)
